Main Factors Affecting The Normal Work Of Stone Machines

When the Vacuum Destoner is working normally, the ascending air velocity of the penetrating layer is required to be equivalent to the suspension speed of the wheat. If the airflow speed is too large, the material on the trending screen surface is easily blown through, the airflow is unevenly distributed, and the automatic classification of the material is destroyed, so that the separation efficiency is lowered. If the airflow speed is too small, the wheat is unable to suspend, and it is easy to climb with the stone, causing the wheat to contain wheat. At the same time, the material is automatically graded poorly, and the wheat species are also prone to contain stones, which also reduces the separation efficiency.

1. Inclination: The angle between the stone screen and the horizontal plane becomes the inclination angle. The size of the dip has an effect on the yield of the stone removal machine and the efficiency of the stone removal, and the impact on the two is contradictory. When the angle of inclination is large, it is powerful for the decline of the wheat stream. However, the trend efficiency will be reduced. When the dip angle is small, the wheat flow rate is low and the yield is small.

 2. Angle: The angle of the angle refers to the angle between the vibration direction of the screen and the screen surface. The vibration of the stone machine is in the form of reciprocating linear vibration. The vibration direction is inclined, perpendicular to the axis of the vibration motor. The direction of vibration is different from that of the vibrating screen and cannot be changed at will. This is the basic condition that the shoulder stone close to the screen surface can travel along the screen surface. Therefore, the selection of a suitable corner is conducive to the automatic grading of the material and the ascending side of the shoulder stone. However, when the corner is too large, the material is easy to jump off the screen surface, but it is not conducive to the upward movement of the shoulder stone. The angle of the stone machine is generally 30-35.

3. Amplitude and vibration frequency: The amplitude refers to the amplitude of the vibration of the sieve body, and the vibration frequency makes an operating parameter indicating the vibration speed of the sieve body. When the amplitude is large and the frequency is high, the moving speed of the material on the screen surface is faster, and the automatic classification is stronger. Conducive to separation efficiency and equipment production. However, the amplitude is too large, the frequency is too high, the working surface is vibrated severely, the material is prone to beating, and the automatic classification of the material is destroyed. Thus the separation efficiency is reduced. On the contrary, the material moves slowly on the sieve surface, and the material layer is thickened, which is not conducive to the automatic classification of the material. It not only affects the separation efficiency, but also affects the output of the Air Recycling Destoner.
